Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Air-Fryer Naked Buffalo Chicken Tenders

We’re having so much fun with our Air Fryer! These Naked Buffalo Chicken Tenders are the latest creation. They’re easy to make and so tasty, you’ll never miss the breading and the grease 🙂

We use a store-bought bottle of buffalo sauce to keep things simple. Try a mild version for the kids. And if you’re looking for one that’s Whole-30, paleo- and keto-approved, try this one by Primal Kitchen.

The cool, crisp celery and blue cheese dressing on the side, although optional, are the perfect compliment to these spicy Naked Buffalo Chicken Tenders. If you have time, I highly recommend my homemade creamy blue cheese dressing. It’s creamy and light with plenty of blue cheese flavor (without a lot of extra sugar, additives and preservatives).

We’re making these for our New Year’s Eve appetizer spread, but they’re also delicious for an easy dinner during the week. I love them on a big green salad with tomatoes, bacon and extra blue cheese crumbles.
