Air Fryer Hard boiled eggs

Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs

Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs are about to change your life! Do you have an air fryer yet? I have tried several, and this is my current favorite: Cosori Air Fryer Oven Pro II 5.8 QT.

I’ve made hard-boiled eggs every way imaginable — in boiling water on the stove, in a muffin tin in the oven, on a rack in the Instant Pot and in a specialty egg cooker. And I can promise you that none of these other methods is as quick, easy and reliable as the air fryer !

Hard to believe? Seem a little odd to be air frying whole eggs? Yes! But, it works. And it works, SO WELL. The eggs come out perfectly cooked every time. The whites are firm and the yolks are just barely soft, without any gray around the edge of the yolk or any burned spots on the white.

I make a batch of six Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs every few days now. We keep them in the fridge and grab one whenever we need a quick breakfast or snack, or a little extra protein atop a slice of avocado toast or crumbled over just about any salad (Caesar, Cobb, Spinach, Wedge … yum!).

Making Deviled Eggs for a crowd? Or Egg Salad for lunch? The air fryer is all you need to get started! Also, once you get the egg technique down, hop over here and check out Air Fryer Bacon! It’s equally good, easy and impressive.

  2. My air fryer is an early model Farberware. I tried your boiled eggs. They didnt get done. Not sure how to adjust heat and time. Put them back in longer and they are good. Can you help me any with adjusting heat and time? I loved watching you on you tube! You’re my favorite. Wish I could afford a new model. I’m 75 with a broken feamer, had 3 surgeries, 2 rods that broke and finally a hip replacement. Thats been 2 1/2 years and I am so limited but think I can learn the airfrier. Never did much with it til now you have inspired me to try again. Would love your copy of free recipes to get me started. Its just me and my sweet husband and we have been married 55 years in May.
