Air Fryer Balsamic Mushrooms

Air-Fryer Mushrooms

These air-fryer mushrooms have the best combination of flavors! Nicely browned mushrooms with a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze, tangy goat cheese and a sprinkle of thyme. Yum!

For the mushrooms, we like the baby Bellas, but button or cremini will also work. For the goat cheese, just make sure to get the “plain” variety rather than one with a flavor mixed in. For the balsamic glaze, I like the Trader Joe’s brand. If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s in your area, you can order it on Amazon here, or find another brand at your local grocery store.

These air-fryer mushrooms would be delicious alongside simple roasted or grilled chicken, pan-seared steak or salmon. Or, make a veggie-forward dinner with these mushrooms, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, and your favorite grain or pasta. Hope you enjoy!
